4 Star Generic Training: For those coaches who have developed their skills to a high level and now would like to deliver the 4 Star Leadership Awards this is the first step in the pathway to becoming a 4 Star provider. The day will cover all the generic elements for delivering the 4 Star Leader Award as well as giving you an action plan that you will work through until you go for your final sign off as a 4 Star Provider.
