The kayak is in good condition. It has had a few repairs but the hull is in good condition overall. Slider controlled skeg. Built in Silva Compass. Three hatches, hatch covers in good condition.
This is an ideal expedition kayak suited to paddlers of 5'10 upwards, it can carry large loads with ease and whilst is less stable than some of todays floating armchairs, it certainly is a dam good sea kayak. I have enjoyed many many fantastic days in it. Its easy to roll! I have also used a Wind Paddle sail with it in fairly stiff winds and it goes like stink!
I have recently purchased a replacement kayak and I am now selling this for €1100 ono. The price includes a neoprene Touring deck, the compass, a deck mounted towline by Nigel Dennis and a pump.
