Probably the only one in Ireland, this is a thoroughbred rolling kayak, as used by Freya Hoffmeister and Dubside (see first few minutes of video, below – apologies for the dodgy sound track!). It is not a general purpose or touring/expedition boat, although I have managed 5-day tours with it, and have retro-fitted (new) Kajaksport hatches fore and aft.

If you are into Greenland-style rolling this is the boat. Currently only available outside Japan from Orust in Sweden: €2,300 new, asking €1,500. Available to view/trial in West Cork, delivery as far as Cork City/South Kerry possible.
