Hi Sean

I recently used these guys based in Redruth Cornwall.

http://www.cfsnet.co.uk/index.htm

They sent me a load of carbon kevlar, csm, kevlar tape, resin and hardener by next post. I got the stuff within the week.

I made my order by phone and they had no problems dispatching to Ireland.

kind regards

Des (of Deep Blue) did my keel strip for me so he does have the materials. I don\'t know if he also supplies the materials but you could ask and if he does it may be more convenient for you.

I have about 45 miles of the glass tape (you can have what you need of it) You will get the other materials (resin/gelcoat/pigment) from Tony Maher or Mick Keating at Kimakraft (phonebook, or 11811). Maurice.

Maurice,
No number for Kimakraft to be found, doesn\'t appear to be a website either. Is it a shop? where is it based?

Thanks

you might want to look into a rubber keel strip which will have a bit more give than a glass one. polyform do a tapered strip (ie thinner at the edges) but their website is in french (polyform.fr)
probably takes as long as putting on a glass strip but doesn\'t smell as bad - requires a heat gun and pvc cement....

just my 2c
