Self Rescue for Sea Kayakers: The day will be spent in our dedicated rolling pool. We initially explore the range of self-rescue options open to us and their pros and cons. We will then work through the various options ‘Cow Boy’, ‘Paddle Float’ and re-entry and roll. As time allows we will also explore options for getting an injured or exhausted paddler back in their boats using the ‘stirrup’ etc.
