4 Star Leader Award Training (Sea Kayak): This programme is aimed at those wishing to develop the necessary skills to lead journeys in a moderate environment – up to and including force 3 open water.
The 4 Star Leader Award is a prerequisite for those level 2 coaches wishing to attain their moderate endorsement.

Course pre-requisites
BCU 3 Star Sea Kayak, old 4 Star or similar logged experience
Evidence of having attended a one-day coastal navigation training day or equivalent.
