3 Star Training and Assessment (Sea Kayak): You should have some previous experience of sea kayaking prior to attending this course. If your interest is in training, you should already be able to manage your boat consistently on the sea in settled conditions. Alternatively if you have your eye on assessment a prerequisite is a minimum of three or more day long sea kayaking journeys in recent time.
